I want to let you know a little bit about what we’re going to be doing in these 12 months that we’re together. Here’s the run down:
Every month there’s going to be a tutorial that’s going to be on a different aspect of fundraising. The first tutorial is going to be about kick-starting you quickly and effectively into raising money and redefining or defining your personal fundraising style using our permission-based fundraising approach. That training is going to be matched with a 1:1 coaching with me personally. That combination is going to give you a great foundation to get started. And that’s one of our goals is get you out there fundraising, then coming back to the group to review, reflect, refine and get out there again.
And then each week there’s going to be two opportunities to come to an online group coaching where you can ask your questions and listen to the questions and answers from others in the group.
After the first month of kick-start training and coaching in our permission-based approach to fundraising, each month a new training will be added. We are going to go into defining your vision and your values, which makes it really easy to know what to say yes to and what to say no to in fundraising. We are going to be talking about stewardship and how to create that infrastructure because once you really start rocking on fundraising, you cannot remember all the people.
And then we’re going to be talking about habits. So how do you make fundraising habits? And that is one of the key things that I’ll tell you about being a successful fundraiser. It’s not, are you good looking? Are you suave? Are you perfect at this? Hands down, the thing that will make you successful in fundraising is having a good habit of fundraising. You will not raise money if you do not ask.
Every training and group coaching call will be recorded and indexed so that you can come back at any time that’s convenient for you.
